Seller: Dennis Yates, sole trader, ABN 52 137 373 213, 17 Morna Point Rd, Anna Bay NSW 2316. Switchover is the name of this service.

Switch Plan (A$49 / US$35): if your plan isn't right for your setup, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll fix it, or refund you in full if we can't. Done with you (A$179 + A$39 per extra address / US$119 + US$29 per extra address): if we can't get you sending and receiving from your business address, you get a full refund, including for any extra addresses we couldn't set up. You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your session; after that, if you cancel, we'll refund everything except the Switch Plan price (A$49 / US$35) and send you your written Switch Plan. If we cancel, you get a full refund. If you're located in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland and paid by mistake, you get a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method, in the currency you paid, within 5 business days. We refund the full amount we received; we can't refund currency-conversion or foreign transaction fees charged by your card provider, and an exchange-rate change may mean the amount in your own currency differs slightly. Fees you paid directly to Google, your registrar or your new email provider aren't ours to refund. These refunds are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see Service Terms, clause 8) and any mandatory consumer law where you live.

My "I'll get you sending" promise

If I can't get you sending and receiving from your business address, I'll refund what you paid me for that job in full, including for any extra addresses I couldn't set up. If your Switch Plan isn't right for your setup, I'll fix it or refund it.

How to claim

This promise is in addition to other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to the services.

For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
